hello! nice pics 🙂 what kind of thickness wet suit do you use for that kind of weather?

4 or 5 mil. right now. A 6 mil. when the water gets into the 30’s.

with head, feet and hand protection i would imagine… is the mid 30s the coldest it gets around higgins beach etc? I just moved from morocco to Montreal and i am looking for a spot to go surf not too far from montreal and maine looks pretty good. Do you surf the whole winter?
    thanks for the answers 🙂

Yes, surf all winter. The water temp. can get down to the low 30’s, and the air can be much colder.

I have several Montreal friends who come to this area. Or New Hampshire.

Nanci, the owner of Aquaholics surf shop in Kennebunk, went to Morocco last spring. She may be a good person for you to know.
