Small Saturday Swell

Sounds like Friday had some good swell, 3 feet overhead at some places. I was home with baby Emmett staring at the web-cams all day. Saturday had some fun little leftovers though.

It is time to start photographing Aquaholics surf camps again. 

And capturing the first-time stoke of all Kennebunks’ future kooks. (Just kidding, not everyone who surfs Kennebunk is a kook.)

Carrie Gundersdorf

Our good friend and great Chicago artist Carrie Gundersdorf returned to Portland for a quick visit. Her art examines how space is explored by studying light samples…, I think. She would probably disagree, but she has no statement on her website. Anyway, her work is beautiful and smart.
